Bad style

Is bad style funny?

O.M.G She has make-up all over her face; her lipstick was all over her face and her

eye-shadow was touching her eyebrows!!!!

You totally crack up laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lightning

Thunder and Lightning 5^th September 2012

Last night I was kicking a white soccer ball in my not so green front yard and my big brother Hamish was jumping on the springy trampoline. Then suddenly my brother spotted a purple flash of light, it was lightning! He shouted at me, “Kate lightning!” I jumped on to the trampoline and I saw a flash of purple. I raced inside my warm house and excitedly told my dad “I saw lightning!” Me and my dad found my little sister Emily and went back out to the yard. On the way I grabbed my dad’s iPod. I had a cunning plain. By the time we got outside the rolling thunder came along. With my dad’s iPod I took a video of the purple lightning

My little sister was scared that the lighting it would hit her, but it didn't luckily. I felt very happy to see this exciting event. My mum watched from inside the house because she was cooking yummy tea. Then I just heard a huge bang, it was just the thunder but it sounded like dynamite and it made me excited, scared and electric. After a while when I was watching TV inside it started to hail, they were massive pieces. My Dad pushed my big brother Hamish in to the hail, he rushed back inside. It was funny how my dad pushed Hamish into the hail. Finally it was tea time. I rushed inside and started munching my tasty food. I’d finished. Then I looked out the window. It had all finished. NO!!!!!

Accidents

Are accidents funny?

A person you know goes to hammer a nail and they accidently hit their hand. The person cries and complains. You crack up laughing and giggling.

On a building site a guy with a plank is walking around. As he turns around the person behind him ducks. The plank sails over his head. He stands up and as the plank comes back he ducks again. He stands up thinking it's over when the plank comes back. He doesn't see it. He doesn’t realise it's coming and he gets hit on the head!

Out on the street a banana slip lies you walk around it the person who is coming the other way is running with head phones on and is listening to music she steps on the banana skin and the person slipped and crashed on to the ground. You turn around and laugh.

So by the sound of it the question is answered.

Carrot Cake

Carrot Cake !!!

Ingredients

1. 270g (9 ½ oz) fine plain flour

2. 2 tbsp baking powder

3. ½ tsp salt

4. 1tsp ground cinnamon

5. 450g (1b) carrots (peeled and grated)

6. 3 large eggs

7. 120ml (4 fl oz) buttermilk

8. 300g (10 oz) caster sugar

9. 240ml (8 fl oz) vegetable oil

10. 1 tsp vanilla essence

Steps!!!

Step 1. Preheat the oven to 175’c ( 350’f ) generously grease two 20 cm ( 8 inch ) tins set aside.

Step 2. Sieve the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon together in a mixing bowl.

Step 3. In a separate bowl mix together the grated carrots, eggs, buttermilk, sugar oil and vanilla.

Step 4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the carrot mixture, mix until combined , divide the batter between the prepared tins.

Step 5. Bake for 45 mins or until a wooden skewer inserted into the centre and comes out clean, remove from the oven and allow to cool in the tins on a rack then…

WALLA!

Tennis, Park

Tennis/Park

When the spinning ball flashed past me it travelled over the fence and landed in the surrounding fresh park. So I went to get it but

OH NO!!!! A dog is chewing it, that’s disgusting. So I asked the dog’s owner if I could have my ball back. He said in a low voice, “what ball ?” And I said ,“that ball, the ball that your dog is chewing on!”So he looked at the bright slobbered ball and said “sure you can have your bright slobbered ball back.” So the rough dog dropped the slobbered ball on the lime green grass. Then I picked up the gross ball (that isn’t bright anymore) and wiped the slobber off it. Then I washed my hands of course. While I was washing my hands my sister “shouted hurry up Sarah your taking so long.” Then I shouted back, “okay okay I’m coming jeez.” so I ran so fast to the tennis court to finish me and my sisters game of tennis, but before that I asked “can I serve sis” then she said “fine”!

The Netball Team

This is a video of two girls trying out for their netball team.
We wrote the script for the movie then made the video.
We made this because it is part of our planning for the movie we are going to make with actors.

Lego Airport

I made this by.......
Using a Time-Lapse app that allowed me to choose when to take the picture because some of the scenes toke a long time to set up.
It toke me 2-3 hours to create this little film because some of the Lego broke if it was handled wrong.
The bit I liked was when the plane took off into the air.
